The unique CreatiVelo bike, a mobile solar-powered media lab, was launched as a flagship tool for youth engagement, traveling across cities and schools to support local climate storytelling and creative workshops.

The digital Youth4planet StoryLab Academywas launched, offering workshops, mentoring, and co-creation labs to help young people develop story-based media projects rooted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Over 500 short films and media stories have been produced by young people through Youth4planet’s platform—many of which have been screened at international festivals, conferences, and schools.

Collaborations with organizations like UNDP, UNDRR, UNFCCC, Fridays for Future, Germanwatch, schools and universities have strengthened Youth4planet’s visibility and impact. The initiative has received commendations for innovation in environmental education and digital participation.

Yenilikçi Eğitim ve Kültürel Gelişim Derneği (YEKGD), based in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, is an active civil society organization focused on youth and adult development in areas such as the environment, ecology, social inclusion, sports, arts, and active citizenship. At the heart of its work is a 10,000 sqm eco-garden, where local community members participate in planting, eco-experiments, and social farming—fostering sustainability, community resilience, and environmental awareness. YEKGD promotes a vision of a unified, prosperous, and environmentally responsible society.

It actively works with marginalized groups, including migrants, NEET youth, and students—primarily aged 18–25—to promote eco-consciousness and civic participation. The association collaborates with local universities, schools, municipalities, and public institutions, and benefits from a diverse leadership team of experienced educators and trainers.

The European Social Innovation Institute (ESI), based in Antwerp, Belgium, is a vibrant organization dedicated to fostering social inclusion, civic engagement, and intercultural dialogue across Europe. Grounded in values such as cooperation, solidarity, and human rights, ESI empowers both youth and adults to actively participate in European projects that support lifelong learning, personal development, and employability.

Through cultural, artistic, and sporting activities, particularly in rural communities, ESI creates spaces where individuals can explore their creativity, engage with humanitarian issues, and become active contributors to a more inclusive and democratic society. Its activities aim to equip participants—primarily aged 16 to 30—with essential skills like digital literacy, critical thinking, and civic responsibility, while encouraging active citizenship and social cohesion at both local and European levels.
